DocuTrac, Inc. Announces New Director of Technical Support

Hagerstown, MD — DocuTrac, Inc., a leading developer of practice management software for the behavioral health industry, announced today the addition of Kevin O’Shaughnessy as Director of Technical Support Services. O’Shaughnessy will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of technical support services to ensure DocuTrac’s customers receive exceptional service.

O’Shaughnessy comes to DocuTrac with extensive experience in IT management having previously worked with the Department of Homeland Security, the Transportation Security Administration, First Potomac Realty Trust, and NCRIC Group, Inc., a medical malpractice insurance company. During his career, O’Shaughnessy has managed many technical support teams and gained extensive knowledge of database and networking systems.
