All proceeds of this bicycling event will benefit The Cookie Willems/Jackson Laboratory Cancer Research Fund. The fund was established to honor Cookie and other dear friends and colleagues who have suffered from cancer, and to drive future cancer research at The Jackson Laboratory.

Cyclists can choose from two loops that start and end at The Jackson Laboratory: A 20-mile loop through Acadia National Park starts at 9:00 a.m., and a 6-mile loop dubbed “Cookie’s Loop” starts at 10:30 a.m. Registration is from 8:00-11:00 a.m. There is a registration fee of $25. All cyclists must raise at least $100 to compete in Cookie’s Ride. A post-ride celebration will follow at The Jackson Laboratory.
