The Sunday of All Saints was marked by a special event at Holy Trinity Chapel in Dennsyville. On November 3rd, the Right Rev. Richard W. Lipka, Suffragan Bishop for the Missionary Diocese of All Saints (Anglican Church in North America), made an episcopal visit to Holy Trinity Chapel. In addition to delivering the homily and serving as the chief celebrant at the Eucharist, he also had the privilege of administering the Sacrament of Confirmation to two of the chapel members. Confirmed by Bishop Lipka were Mary M. Greene and Rebecca L. Greene, mother and daughter, of Lubec. The confirmands were each presented with a confirmation certificate and the Book of Common Prayer. The service was followed by a wonderful hors d’oeuvre reception. At the conclusion of the reception, everyone walked over to the construction site of the new Holy Trinity Chapel where Bishop Lipka and his archdeacon led in prayers for the blessing of the foundation. Holy Trinity Chapel is a conservative Anglican mission fellowship that meets at 38 Cemetary Road in Dennysville. For more information or Eucharist service times, call Rev. Dr. Alan Andraeas or Sue Andraeas at 726-5129 or email at email@example.com.
