Each Friday at 9:30 a.m. throughout the month of August, Acupuncturist Sharon Gordon is hosting Community Acupuncture Sessions. The group sessions using ear acupuncture and OM tuning forks as designed to help to calm the central nervous system, which leads to improved sleep as well as reductions in pain and stress. Sharon Gordon has been a Licensed, National Board Certified, 5 Element Acupuncturist since 1996, completing her Master of Acupuncture degree from the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture, Florida in 2001. Sharon specializes in Women’s Health and chronic pain and worked with an Osteopathic Physician in an integrative medical practice for over 17 years. She recently relocated to Damariscotta from NYC.
