Classes to Help Students Improve SAT Scores Begin July 3 at Husson University

Maine Prep’s eight-session SAT prep course for Bangor area students begins July 3 at the O’Donnell Commons on the Husson University campus, 1 College Circle, Bangor. Classes meet every Sunday and Wednesday evenings, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m., until July 28. 

The course, designed to teach students strategies to use in the math, writing and reading sections of the SAT, will prepare high school seniors for the October 5 SAT and juniors for the PSAT. The teachers are Dr. Frank Hubbard and Irene Haskins of Husson University.

Maine Prep was founded to help students raise SAT scores, boost their admission chances, and qualify for merit scholarships. .
