Christmas tree pruning workshop held

DOVER-FOXCROFT, Maine — The Piscataquis County Soil and Water Conservation District held a Christmas Tree Pruning workshop on Oct. 15, at the district’s Law Farm, which is used for educational purposes.

Toby and Cynthia Hall of Hall’s Christmas Tree Farm in Sangerville demonstrated how to prune a Christmas tree using the European technique to give the tree a more natural look.
