A Tribute to Julia Child Luncheon & Dinners

presented by the new england farm 2 fork project

Join The New England Farm 2 Fork Project and Founder Chef Sebastian Carosi in celebrating an American culinary icon: Julia Child… Both the luncheon and the dinners will feature some of Julia’s favorite ingredients, recipes and meals… Utilizing the freshest of local bounty… Being that Julia’s husband Paul Child brought her to his home early in their relationship on the outside of Mt. Desert Island The New England Farm 2 Fork Project will feature several dishes that Julia perfected while there in Maine- one being her Bouillabaisse a la Blue Hill Bay (her localized fish stew) one of her absolute favorites made with the purple shelled mussels and other fresh seafood plucked from the coast of Old Point her home while here in Maine… Other menu items will include haddock cakes, boeuf bourguignon, julia’s pain francaise and her favorite chocolate almond cake…   Join us in celebrating Julia’s Maine and remember…………life itself is the proper binge…….
