Ray Charbonneau author of Chasing the Runner’s High will be at the Jesup Memorial Library Saturday, October 15th between 4 and 5 p.m. to promote his book. It’s a great read for runners or for non-runners who want to better understand their running friends! His story Chasing the Runner’s High is the story of how he pushed his addiction to running up to, and then past, his limits. Ray shares what he learned, what he should have learned, and what he still has to learn from running.
Ray lives in Arlington, Massachusetts with his wife, Ruth Sespaniak, and their two cats, Felix and Phoebe. Ruth and Ray can often be found running on the streets of Arlington, but Felix and Phoebe stay inside.
This author visit is a collaborative effort between the author, Sherman’s Book Store, and the Jesup Library. Sherman’s Book Store book buyer Debbie Taylor will have a table of Ray’s books available for sale and signing by the author. For additional information contact the Jesup Memorial Library at 207-288-4245 or check out the library website www.jesup.lib.me.us.
