Charlotte Fire & Rescue Host Season’s Second Baked Bean Supper

Our July Public Dinner at the Charlotte Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department broke records of all sorts, and they’re ready to do it again on Wednesday, August 6. The planning group has added several new dishes from the intrepid Charlotte cooks, who are always ready to try out a great sounding recipe. Of course, all the old faithful dishes will be on hand, too. The dinner runs from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

There will also be lots of raffle items, so come early to buy raffle tickets and get a good seat, especially if you’d prefer to eat indoors. However, the firemen will likely have set up outdoor seating, for those who like fresh air and more space. It’s pretty well a sure thing that no one will go away hungry.

The next dinner will be on Saturday, September 6th, so mark that date, too.
