Belfast Parks and Recreation Department is looking for children of all ages, young and old to build their own or as a team cardboard sled for the Challenge to be held Saturday, March 8 at the Four Season Sledding Hill on City Point Road. Due to the rainy weather Friday night the Challenge had to be rescheduled from the original February 22nd date.

This is an excellent opportunity for children to build and create their own cardboard sled and then come out on Saturday at 11am to register and participate in this fun winter activity. Registration is FREE ! Hot chocolate and cookies will be available and all winners in the following categories will receive a “Challenge” winter hat. The categories include a Scout Troop Division, Open Individual Division, Under 12 yr old Division, 12-17 yr old Division and a Team Division (2-4 individuals)
