Bar Harbor Garden Club Spring Tea

Posted April 12, 2013, at 3:41 p.m.

The season of growing things is upon us and the Bar Harbor Garden Club will be celebrating with a Spring Tea. The event will be held at the home of Lindy Stretch at Foxfields Farm in Town Hill on Sunday, April 28 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. An invitation is extended to anyone in the community who would like to learn more about the Bar Harbor Garden Club, as well as to members and spouses.

Membership in the Bar Harbor Garden Club is open to all interested people. The Club, founded in 1934, has as its mission to promote the love of horticulture, to protect and preserve our natural resources, to provide educational opportunities, to contribute responsibly to civic and environmental needs, and to enjoy the fellowship of our members. One needs not to be a gardener to belong.

RSVP to Betty Crawford at 244-4093 by April 25th.
