PORTLAND, Maine — Darrell Gill, Bangor Savings Bank Forest Avenue Branch Manager, was pleased to present a check for $2,000 from the Bangor Savings Bank Foundation to Wayside Food Programs’ Executive Director, Mary Zwolinski.
Wayside Food Programs has been around for more than 27 years providing access to nutritious food for those in need in Southern Maine. They provide six community meal sites serving free meals during the week, a once a month community meal, four mobile food pantries, a kids healthy snack program and community gardens around Southern Maine.
