BAILEYVILLE, Maine — The town of Baileyville has hired a new town manager. Tim Call, Council Chairman of Baileyville, has announced that Richard Bronson has been hired by the town in a formal vote of the Baileyville Council. Bronson began his duties on April 16.

Among other things Bronson was formerly a member of the Bangor City Council and

for 11 years the Brewer fire chief.

Bronson’s first efforts will be directed toward formulating a budget for the town for fiscal year 2014.  However that will be followed by efforts in a number of other areas that the town needs and has directed.
