For Immediate Release:

Experience the magic of making metal clay jewelry at “Autumn Leaves” a metal clay “taster” class at the Beaded Moose, 1460 Outer Hammond St, Bangor. The class will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 5.

This one-day workshop is designed to give you a taste of what you can do with metal clay. Each student will receive a packet of metal clay and be able to use the instructor’s tools to fashion a unique piece of jewelry—a simple pendant or earrings based on a leaf design. Pieces will be fired and you will go home with finished jewelry.

Local artist and Certified PMC instructor, Janelle Delicata, will teach the class. Delicata has been working with metal clay for several years and sells her work in galleries and selected craft shows the eastern Maine region.

This is a beginning level class. No experience is needed. The cost for the class is $50. Pre-registration is required. Please call the Beaded Moose at 207-992-2099 to register.

Come and try a taste of metal clay, celebrate the autumn season, and make something special for yourself or for a gift!

For more information call the Beaded Moose at 207-992-2099 or Janelle Delicata at 207-944-8822
