Advanced Practice Nurse Tanitha Moncier joins AMHC

Caribou, Maine – March 29, 2013 – AMHC is pleased to announce that Tanitha Moncier, Family Nurse Practitioner has joined its outpatient services in Caribou and Presque Isle. Ms. Moncier will assume the duties of an Advanced Practice Nurse to support the provision of medication management and psychiatric evaluation services for adults and children ages 6 and above, assisting AMHC’s medical director and staff psychiatrist, Dinah Tungol, MD. Ms. Moncier is a board certified family nurse practitioner with 8 years of experience practicing in primary care, pediatric and psychiatric/ mental health services settings in Tennessee. Ms. Moncier earned her Doctorate of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and her Masters in Nursing degree from Vanderbilt University. Ms. Moncier is fluent in English and Spanish.
