With the crisp zest of fall nipping the air, the Downeast Lakes Land Trust, in partnership with Leen’s Lodge, welcomes you to a gourmet game dinner.
The dinner will feature smoked duck and pheasant, rabbit and sausage gumbo, venison osso buco and be finished off with homemade blueberry pie.
Leen’s owner and chef, Charles Driza will discuss the selection, pairing and preparation of game, as you savor the tastes that can be found right here in the forests and streams conserved by the Downeast Lakes Land Trust.
Cost to attend is $45.
