52nd annual Charity Sportsman’s Supper set for Dec. 14

BANGOR — MAINEiacs Charities will hold its 52nd annual Charity Sportsman’s Supper  and Auction Saturday, Dec. 14, at Bangor Elks Lodge on Odlin Road. A social hour with vendors will take place 4-6 p.m. The dinner, catered by Steve’s Stagecoach Catering, will begin at 6 p. m. with the auction to follow.

Items up for bid include several hunting rifles, sportsman’s apparel, ice fishing gear, a guided bear hunt and other sportsman’s outdoor items. An Old Town watercraft will be awarded as a door prize.

Admission is $20.

The nonprofit organization is seeking charitable gifts and prize donations for the event.

MAINEiacs Charities aids Maine national guardsmen and their families, Big Brothers-Big Sisters, Project Graduation, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Ronald McDonald House and other community charities.  For information, call 404-7492.
