Local pianist Gregory Biss

will perform in the season’s 4th Mary Potterton Memorial Concert on Wednesday, July 3rd, at 7:30 p.m.

On the program: Beethoven’s E minor 1814 “Sonata Op. 90;” Ravel’s radiant “Sonatine;” Chopin’s hauntingly sweet “Ballade in A flat;” and preludes by Charles Griffes and Nicolai Kapustin. A couple new original compositions will also be featured.

Hosted by the Homeport Inn , this concert will be held upstairs in Lubec’s Congregational Christian Church. Concerts are free, but piano-tuning donations are always welcome. For information about SummerKeys, visit summerkeys.com, call 207-733-2316, or e-mail sksmail@summerkeys.com.
