Award-winning journalist and aspiring author Meadow Rue Merrill, of Bath, will talk about making a living as a writer at the 20th Maine Fellowship of Christian Writers conference, Oct. 12th, at Faith Evangelical Church in Waterville. The conference, “Cover to Cover,” runs from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a cost of $50 and aims to inform, encourage and equip Christian writers of all genres.

Also presenting will be certified Christian life coach Vicki Corrington, of Camden, whose work has taken her around the world. Her interactive and inspiring message will focus on priorities and making room for what’s important. Four other speakers will participate in the program, which concludes with a question and answer panel followed by an open mic.

Founded in 1993, the Maine Fellowship of Christian Writers holds monthly meetings that are open to all.
