Bangor Savings Bank Foundation recently awarded Penobscot Community Health Care’s Hope House Health and Living Center a $25,000 grant to help fund a new entryway and medical clinic. Renovations will include expanded clinical space and a new shelter 
entrance, bridging the emergency shelter and transitional housing. A new emergency shelter entrance will provide much needed space and safety improvements that will enhance the intake process and provide a safe environment for the staff, and the guests who require the services of the emergency shelter.
