Martindale Country Club of Auburn member Joe Baker shot an early 2-under 68 and was the only player under par after day one of the three-day tournament at York Golf & Tennis Club.
The third hole at Kenduskeag Valley Golf Course is now a pasture since the property has become a home for Caleb and Gabrielle Guerin, who purchased the 77 acres.
