LINCOLN, Maine -- 07/22/17 -- Officers from Lincoln and the Maine State Police are investigating a deadly car-motorcycle crash near Drinkwater's Variety on Route 2. A man, whose name has not yet been released, died at the scene.

Multiple law enforcement agencies are investigating a robbery at Camden National Bank on Route 1 in Waldoboro.
Police blocked off a large section of Route 2 shortly before noon on Monday as they attempted to diffuse a standoff situation in the vicinity. The section of roadway that was closed to traffic ran from just north of the Knights of Columbus Hall to the Sargent Materials concrete and aggregate plant.
