Yarmouth History Center lecture: ‘Hodge Podge of Hometown History’

YARMOUTH — The Yarmouth History Center will host historian Jay Robbins during its Spring Lecture Series talk, “A Hodge Podge of Hometown History,” 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, at 118 East Elm St.  7:00 pm on Tuesday, May 21. Robbins will reflect on the pleasures of researching Yarmouth’s remarkable history and will touch on topics ranging from the Civil War to North Yarmouth Academy to local maritime history and more.

Jay Robbins is an independent researcher and historian based in Richmond. He also serves as archivist for North Yarmouth Academy.

This lecture is free for members of Yarmouth Historical Society and $5 for non-members. The lecture series is sponsored by the Leon and Lisa Gorman Fund.
