AUGUSTA — The Holocaust and Human Rights Center of Maine will hold a Level 1 training in Nonviolent Communication with Peggy Smith, certified trainer with the International Center for Nonviolent Communication, from 9 a.m. Jan. 12- 4 p.m. Jan. 13 at 46 University Drive.
