Drawing from the areas of Mindfulness, Stress Reduction, Brain Science and Positive Psychology in this 4-week series, we will explore specific tools and practices we can use to enhance our level of well-being and flourish in life. Jen Harry, Mindfulness and Meditation teacher, will be presenting this group workshop where she will focus on topics to be determined by the interest of the group and may include:
She will discuss reducing stress in a busy world, increasing awareness, presence and intention in our lives, rebounding from adversity and strengthening relationships. Please join us for this free, open group as we work towards experiencing our lives in a mindful fashion.
The group will meet on Fridays, March 16-April 6, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon and will be held at The Beth Wright Cancer Resource Center, 23 Commerce Park in Ellsworth.
