TA's spring Choral Concerts will feature the school’s Treble Choir, Chamber Singers, and the Concert Choir.

Thornton Academy will host two Spring Choral Concerts at Garland Auditorium on May 13 and 14 at 7 p.m. These concerts are the same both evenings and will include the school’s Treble Choir, Chamber Singers, and the Concert Choir.

The performances will feature a wide variety of repertoire including musical theater pieces: The Lion King Medley, For Good from “Wicked” and Song of Purple Summer from “Spring Awakening”. The show will also feature Mister Sandman, Let Me Fly, and Boat on Tai Lake, a piece in Chinese, taught by one of TA’s very own international students, Vanessa Li.

Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased from Arts Marketing Associate Doug Stebbins through the box office at 207-602-4471 or doug.stebbins@thorntonacademy.org.

These concerts often sell out so get your tickets ahead of time if possible! Tickets are $4 for adults and $3 for students and senior citizens.
