The Fool Sings Is Debuted At Library

Weslea Sidon, a poet and musician, will be launching her new book, The Fool Sings, at Southwest Harbor Public Library Wednesday evening, July 2, 5:30pm. “This is Weslea’s first full length book of poetry. We are thrilled its first public appearance will be at the Library” said Mary Anne Mead, Circulation Manager.

Ms. Sidon’s poems have appeared in several anthologies and literary magazines. She was awarded the Martin Dibner Fellowship in Poetry in 2002. For the last 25 years Ms. Sidon has been teaching poetry and creative writing at Summer Festival of the Arts.

Ms. Sidon will give a reading and will have copies of her book for sale and signing. Light refreshments will be served.
