SymQuest announces Nicholas J. Knowlton as a new vCIO

South Burlington, Vt. – Larry Sudbay, president and chief executive officer of SymQuest Group, is proud to announce the hiring of Nicholas J. Knowlton as a new virtual chief information officer.

“We are very excited to have Nicholas become a part of our SymQuest executive team,” said Sudbay in a press release. “As we wrap up a very busy and successful year, we look forward to beginning our new year with Nicholas and his expertise.”

Knowlton, a Microsoft Certified Software Engineer (MCSE), was the owner of Ketch Networks in Lewiston,  a business in which he operated as a technology consultant to small businesses. While he will be operating remotely in his new post as a SymQuest vCIO, Knowlton will be able to work hands-on with his SymQuest clients.

“As a SymQuest vCIO, I will play an important role in my clients’ technology planning, acting as their technical advisor for any and all things IT related,” said Knowlton.

In addition to working directly with SymQuest clients, Knowlton will be responsible for enhancing SymQuest’s existing networking solutions, developing new networking solutions, working with SafetyNet clients and addressing overall technology issues.
