Weight Watchers is holding a sale. Yes, you read it right. Weight Watchers is holding its first time ever sale.

If you sign up for the next 12-week session at Waldo County General Hospital before Wednesday, Nov. 7, the cost is $110 instead of the usual $145.

With a minimum of 20 members pre-registered and paid, the session will start Wednesday, Nov. 14, at 7 a.m. in the hospital’s education center. The classes are open to anyone interested in losing weight.

Checks, cash and credit cards are acceptable. Checks and credit card payments will be held until enough people have signed up and the first meeting has been held.

The Wednesday morning meetings begin with a 15-minute weigh-in followed by a 30-minute discussion with local favorite Ginny Whitman as the meeting leader.
