Rockland’s harbor planners elect officers, review draft cruise ship survey

ROCKLAND — On Sept. 6, 2018, Rockland’s Ad Hoc Harbor Management Plan Committee met and elected officers as follows: – David Grima, chair; Calli Black, deputy chair; and Ed Glaser, secretary.
Then, led by consultant Noel Musson, they went over scheduling for committee meetings, reviewed the  committee’s purposes, and read and approved a draft survey of cruise ship tourists on their purchases & experiences while visiting Rockland.
