Poland Spring® is back for the 10th Annual Heritage Day Strawberry Festival Celebration

POLAND – Poland Spring® Brand 100% Natural Spring Water is will provide a hydration station for reusable water bottles at the 10th annual Heritage Day and Strawberry Festival held on the grounds of the Poland Spring Resort & Preservation Park.

This free, family-friendly event will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, June 22. Visitors are invited to come and enjoy special activities for children such as a petting zoo, face painting and bounce houses, as well as craft vendors, live music, and plenty of strawberry shortcake and ice cream.

Many local non-profits and vendors will be on site with booths and displays, illustrating the vibrant Poland community and celebrating the important role the town has played in Maine’s history. Approximately 1,500 festival visitors are expected to attend.

The Heritage Day Celebration will also include the Deputy Dennis P. Sampson Community 5k Run/Walk to benefit a scholarship fund in memory of the veteran police officer who unexpectedly passed away last year. The scholarship will go to a graduating Poland Regional High School student entering the field of First Responders. There is a registration fee to enter the race.

Plenty of free parking will be available.
