We can all be nourished by a balanced meal of mindfulness. Come and learn to do some “mindfulness cooking.” This workshop is designed to help demystify a spiritual approach to mindfulness and motivate you create some simple skills that will allow you to help yourself and others using a compassionate, right-brained approach. Through mindfulness modeling
and practicing, you will be able to help others heal from trauma to rewire the brain and eliminate triggers. We will use mindfulness to find your spiritual center and help prevent burnout.
