STONINGTON — The 30th annual Fisherman’s Family Fun Day will be held Sunday, July 14, at the Stonington Fish Pier.

We have a pier committee that looks over all the booth contracts to make sure we are not duplicating spaces and to help maintain a safe and happy environment for the entire family.

Non-profit group s will have their pick of spaces and what they will be selling at the pier (up to the date posted on the contract). All others will be given any remaining spaces. Contracts are due by Sunday, June 30.

The Fire Department requires that if you are cooking, you must bring your own fire extinguisher. You will also be responsible for your own trash removal. Please bring trash cans and bags. Weapons of any kind are not allowed to be on the pier. This will include guns, knives, fake swords, etc. Space is becoming very limited on the pier, so all vehicles need to be removed from the pier by 9:30 a.m. unless prior approval is given.

Just a reminder, we reserve the right to refuse any group that will be duplicating any of the other groups (we will give you a call to see if you want to do anything else). Pier fees will be $25 per 10 feet Fees must be send in with the contracts. If you have any questions, please feel free to call Becca at 207-348-6980.
