Scones with clotted cream, little cucumber sandwiches, a pot of hot tea and more ……

A true English High Tea will be served at St. Margaret’s Harvest Tea and Bake Sale on Saturday, November 3 from 11 to 2. This signature event of the Women of St. Margaret’s is already known to many in the local area, but if you haven’t tried it you must! Invite a friend, your daughter, your mother, your husband and come and relax at a table set with lovely china. Harpist, Nancy Schroeder, plays softly in the background and then there is more.

Tables laden with home baked goodies – bread, pies, cakes, cookies – all for sale. Jewelry, lovingly refurbished, and there is something in all price ranges. Cookbooks – tried and true, gently used.

All funds raised will benefit: Broadreach Childcare Assistance, GBAM Food Cupboard, and St. Margaret’s projects.

All of this at St. Margaret’s Parish House, 95 Court Street, Belfast. FMI: or call 338-2412.
