BAR HARBOR – First National Bank and First National Wealth Management recently donated $5,000 to Acadia Youth Sports towards the construction of a new snack shack.

Acadia Youth Sports is a non-profit youth sports organization that provides a safe, fun place for kids to learn. The non-profit is raising funds to rebuild a snack shack and storage shed at the Bar Harbor Ball fields. The future snack shack will bear the name of First National Bank in recognition of its donation to the construction project.

To help reach its $75,000 fundraising goal, it is offering personalized and professionally etched tiles for purchase that will be placed on the outside walls of the shack upon completion.
