PRESQUE ISLE — The F.A. Peabody Company announces the expansion of its life and benefits department with the hiring of Erica Johnson of Presque Isle. Johnson has a background in human resource management and is a Maine-licensed life, health and accident agent. Johnson will be advising individual and group clients on many different products including: life, disability, medical, and retirement plans.  In 2019, she will be leading seminars on senior products, with an emphasis on Social Security issues, Medicare eligibility, long-term care and asset preservation using annuities.  “Individual and group benefits have become increasingly complex over the last ten years with fewer and fewer agencies specializing in the Maine market.  FAPCO has continued to dedicate resources by continuing to hire and train the very best people in this area.  Helping employers and individuals through the maze of options, policy plans, and premium amounts is a complicated and time-consuming task’ exclaims Max L. Lynds, Vice President Life and Benefits for FAPCO.  “Erica is an excellent addition to our staff with an extremely high level of professionalism.  Her past experience in sales and human resources provide the great skills to help our clients successfully negotiate the very best plan for their insurance and financial needs.”

Johnson is from Aroostook County and lives in Presque Isle with her two children, Brenna and Abram.
