Benefit Supper Palmyra

Benefit Spaghetti Supper on Saturday November 16th at the Palmyra Community Center ( formally the Elementary School) on Rt.2 & 100 in Palmyra. Kathy Hood is hosting this benefit supper for Prevent Euthanasia Through Sterilization ( P.E.T.S.). Spaghetti with meat sauce, coleslaw, rolls, coffee, tea or punch and for dessert- icecream all for a $5.00 donation. Supper begins at 4:30 and ends at 6:30. The proceeds from this benefit will go to assist individuals and or families with spaying or neutering their companion animals. P.E.T.S. is an all volunteer, not-for-profit organization devoted to reducing overpopulation and abandonment of companion animals.

This organization has been helping people for over 20 years. If you cannot attend the benefit supper please consider donating $5.00. You can send your donation to P.E.T.S., Box 912, Guilford, ME 04443. If you have questions about the spay/neuter program please call Lee at 278-2034 or Mary at 564-8092. If you have Maine Care or other public assistance you qualify for the Help Fix Me Program 1-800-367-1317. It is $10.00 through Help Fix Me to spay or neuter a cat and $20.00 to spay or neuter a Pit Bull or Pit Bull cross.
