ROCKLAND, Maine — Energy efficiency upgrades at the Rockland Public Library reduced the building’s draftiness by 50% and could save taxpayers more than $10,000 annually. Learn how Evergreen Home Performance diagnosed the historic library’s efficiency problems, designed a comprehensive improvement project that will pay for itself in less than seven years, and spent 1000-workhours air sealing and insulating with minimal disruptions to library patrons.

Evergreen invites the public to learn the building science behind the efficiency upgrades during a special presentation at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, at the Rockland Public Library, 80 Union St.
