Known for its unique toppings, OTTO Pizza headquartered in Portland, Maine will open its fifth and six shop by September.

PORTLAND, Maine — Otto Pizza is going seaborne.

Otto will begin delivering pies to Peaks Island, according to a post on the pizza place’s Facebook page, and will continue doing so Wednesdays through Aug. 30.

People who order pizzas to the island can expect them to arrive dockside at 5:30 p.m. Island dwellers can order by calling Otto’s Munjoy Hill location and will be charged a $5 delivery fee and 18 percent gratuity, according to the post.

The first pizza shipment will be carried aboard a boat flying a black Otto pirate flag Wednesday evening, according to the Portland Press Herald, which first reported the nautical news.
