Lewiston Mayor Robert MacDonald said he’s concerned a postcard he received “will spark fear within the immigrant community,” the Sun Journal reported.

“Please help us protect our city from ICE and deportation that would strike fear into all — NO TAXPAYER DOLLARS TOWARD deportation!” the postcard read, in part.
