Ode to Wayne: Wayne was a man of leisure, he loved the pond he loved his dog; the hard fact is he loved us all. He’d help you plow he’d help you farm, he did this all with just one arm. He touched himself, he touched us all, and in love with him we all did fall. He liked the ladies, he liked their grace, and they all said “what a waste”. Those who knew him, knew him well, they knew his charm they knew his smell. He was here but now he’s gone, but will live forever on Donnell Pond. Rest in peace our dear friend. -C. Fitzgerald
