Undefeated boxers Russell Lamour of Portland and Brandon Berry of West Forks are scheduled to return to the ring Sept. 18 as part of the 13th annual Fight to Educate pro-am card at the Verizon Wireless Center in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Lamour, who earlier this year won the New England middleweight championship, will take a 9-0 record with four knockouts into his six-round co-feature bout against an opponent yet to be named.

Berry, 6-0 with four knockouts, will fight on the Fight to Educate card for the third straight year, this time in a junior welterweight matchup against Fred Mandrachia (0-2) of Plymouth, Massachusetts.

Fight to Educate, presented in part this year by Matrix Aerospace, is a charity event that combines a love of boxing with the vision of assisting children and seniors in need. During the past 12 years the event has raised more than $750,000 in donations benefitting New Hampshire nonprofit organizations.

This year’s show will feature appearances by several boxing legends, including former world middleweight champion Vito Antuofermo, world heavyweight title challengers Chuck Wepner and Earnie Shavers and two-time World Boxing Association heavyweight champion John Ruiz.

The fight card will be headlined by junior middleweight Chris Gilbert of Windsor, Vermont. Gilbert will be making his fourth FTE appearance, and will take an 11-1 professional record with nine knockouts into a bout against a yet-to-be-determined foe.

Also on the pro segment of the card will be unbeaten Whitman, Massachusetts, middleweight Mark DeLuca (10-0, 7 KOs) against Zain Shaw (5-3, 3 KOs) of Centerville, Virginia.

Two amateur bouts will commence the live action.

The first bout is scheduled for 8 p.m.
