Stolen truck recovered in Rockland

ROCKLAND, Maine — A pickup truck stolen Monday morning from a Rockport landscape company was found Tuesday night in Rockland.

The green 2002 Ford F350 truck belonging to Seasons Downeast Designs was found shortly after 6 p.m. on Gay Street not far from Leland Street, according to Rockland police. The keys were not in the vehicle but the truck was not damaged.

No one has been charged in the case.

The truck was reported stolen Monday morning from the Meadow Street business in Rockport. The keys had been left in the truck. In addition, a truck reported stolen Sunday night from the Trade Winds Motor Inn in Rockland had been left at the landscape company parking lot.
