ADDISON, ME AND WOODBINE, NJ – Vito Anthony Cuozzo, Jr. passed away peacefully on July 30, 2014 in a Philadelphia Hospital surrounded by his family. A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Vito’s family meant more to him than anything. Vito was a hard worker who tried his hand at many things from carpentry and cabinet building, mechanics, boat repair, and lobster fishing. Of all the jobs he held in his life the one that he was most dedicated to and serious about was husband and father, his daughters will always remember their Daddy and his grandchildren will cherish their memories of their Pop-Pop.
Vito was born on July 8, 1954 to Vito and Josephine (Tozer) Cuozzo. Vito is survived by his wife of 39 years Sherry (Foster) Cuozzo, his three daughters, Sherry Johnson and her partner Milton of Jonesport, Andrea Robinson and her husband Robert, of Addison, and Cynthia Cuozzo and her partner Randy Urquhart of Jonesport, his grandchildren, Brittany and Linda Johnson, Krysten, Nikolas, Sydney, and Robbie Robinson, and Isaac Urquhart. He is also survived by seven sisters Josephine, Rose, Margaret, Diane, Connie, Cindy, Linda, and one brother Joseph, along with many nieces, nephews and friends. Vito leaves behind two very special friends Steven and Tracy Turchi and their family. He will be especially missed by his dogs, Lola and Laya who he loved dearly. He was predeceased by his parents, brothers-in-law, Gordon Lord and Donald Tozer and his daughter Linda Cuozzo.
