CASTINE MAINE – Elaine E. Redman, 63, of Castine passed away Saturday, July 19th at her home with family by her side. She was born May 4th, 1951 in Belfast Maine, a daughter of Kenneth and Winifred (Flye) Boulier.
Elaine was an avid scrap-Booker and loved to cook. She took great joy in celebrating Christmas with her family. For Christmas the past several years she enjoyed donating presents to the less fortunate and she loved the thought of doing so with her children. She will be remembered by her family and friends for her love and devotion to them. She was a proud Mimi to her two grandchildren, and to those she adopted in her heart as her grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, and survived by her husband Larry; her son James Stacey, his wife Kelly, and their son Jesse; her son Brian Stacey, his wife Mary, and their daughter Allison; her brothers Richard Boulier, Kenneth Boulier, and Robert Boulier, and her sister Donna Bean and their families; her cousins Karen Estabrook, David Marcia; her nephew Randy Redman; and good friend Marshall Dodge.
There will be grave side services in Harborside Maine for immediate family at an as yet to be determined date.
The family would like to offer a very special thank you to Casey Alexander. In the end Casey provided full time care to Elaine, and support to Larry. Her devotion to Elaine was matched by Elaine’s esteem for her.
