Maine State Police received a call from a resident of Foster Hill Road who said Glendon Ladd had been making threats with a firearm during a dispute, according to state police Sgt. Mathew Casavant.

After interviews were conducted, Ladd was placed under arrest and charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, the sergeant said.
