GORHAM, Maine — A trio of local men were arrested on Thursday as police executed a drug search warrant at a Mosher Road residence.

Raistlen Hebert, 21, Stephen Caiazzo, 26, and Thomas Caiazzo, 20, were all arrested, according to Gorham police Lt. Chris Sanborn.

Gorham and Portland police, along with Maine Drug Enforcement Agency agents, had been investigating drug activity at the residence over the course of a month, Sanborn said. He noted that the search warrant was executed at about 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Marijuana, mushrooms, drug paraphernalia and an undisclosed amount of cash were seized during the raid, the lieutenant said.

Hebert and Stephen Caiazzo were charged with unlawful possession of a schedule X drug, while Thomas Caiazzo was charged with possession of a schedule Z drug, Sanborn said.

All three were taken to Cumberland County Jail and will appear in court on Aug. 13.
