Roger Donald Thibodeau

SOMERSET – Roger Donald Thibodeau, 72, of Somerset, formerly of Presque Isle, died July 2, 2014 at his home. Born Nov. 21, 1941 in Presque Isle, the son of Donald Everett and Bertha M. (Beaulieu) Thibodeau.
Preceded in death by parents; son, Ricky Thibodeau and brother, Maxime Thibodeau. Survived by daughters: Lori A. LaFace and husband, Shaun, and Kelly Sotomayor and husband, Peter, all of Somerset; daughter-in-law, Cindy Craig of Prattville, Alabama; grandchildren: Joshua, Curtis, Lucas, Sara and Shannon; brother, Gerald Thibodeau and wife, Pilar of Brewer; longtime friends, Dr. Dick Graves and Clarence Bell, both of Presque Isle, Maine, and Clarence Bonderson of Perham.
Roger is a 1960 graduate of Presque Isle High School. He worked as owner/ operator of Devoe Color Center in Caribou, until his retirement. He was former president of Kiwanis Club in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and was past president of the city council in Presque Isle.
No viewing or visitation. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Somerset Senior Center or Opportunity Training Center in Presque Isle, Maine.
