Orono to enact new swim fees July 1

ORONO, Maine — Starting July 1, passes to swim at the municipal pool are increasing to $3 for town residents and $4 for nonresidents, Orono Parks and Recreation Director Bob Sinclair said Friday.

Individual summer passes are increasing from $35 to $40 for residents, and to $50 for nonresidents.

Family season passes for residents are going up from $60 to $80 and family season passes for nonresidents are increasing to $100, he said.
