Brewer boy struck by vehicle while riding bicycle

Brewer police and emergency rescue personnel were called to the intersection of State and Washington streets after a local boy was struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle shortly before 4:30 p.m. Friday.

BREWER, Maine — Brewer police and emergency rescue personnel were called to the intersection of State and Washington streets after a local boy was struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle.

The accident happened shortly before 4:30 p.m. Friday. The boy’s injuries were not considered life-threatening.
